The list below outlines the Support Network for each resident.
The guidance counselor is a crucial part of the support network. From their first day at Haven to their graduation from stage 3, this is the person that will support them and guide them every step of the way.
Everything from physical health to any counseling that our residents might need, our wellness team is ready to provide the best care for them along their journey.
Our community outreach team will be the ones to both host and set up community events and service opportunities for our residents to be apart of.
We know that some people might feel alone in their battle against homelessness, part of our support network is getting individuals together to share their successe, failure, struggles and ambitions so that together they can build deeper relationships that can foster growth.
